How do I reach a Volunnear coordinator?
Ask the assistant to connect you with a coordinator, and a coordinator follows up with you. Coordinator hours in this demo are weekdays, nine to five Eastern, and the assistant does not promise a response time.

Who this applies to
This applies any time you want a person, or the assistant cannot solve your question.
How it works
- Tell the assistant you want a coordinator, or say what you need.
- The assistant hands your request over and, when it can, gives you a request number.
- Give an email address or mobile number only if you want a message when the coordinator decides.
- Keep your request number and your volunteer code.
- Later, give the assistant your volunteer code to check the status of your request.
What to know
- Coordinators handle groups, minors, court-ordered hours, background-check roles, accessibility, and anything the assistant cannot solve.
- A summary of your chat is passed to the coordinator so you do not repeat yourself.
- Coordinator hours in this demo are weekdays, nine to five Eastern.
- The assistant does not promise a response time, a date, or a placement.
- The status check reports only what the coordinator system returns. If that system is unavailable, your request is still recorded, but there is no number yet.
- In this demo, any follow-up message goes only to verified test recipients.
An example
Wei in Brooklyn has a group of ten and asks for a coordinator. The assistant gives a request number and says a coordinator will follow up. Three days later Wei gives the volunteer code, and the assistant reports the status in plain words.
What we cannot do
- Offer live phone support.
- Promise a callback time or date.
- Share details about anyone else's request.
